Director, producer, writer, and cinematographer of the feature-length documentary Hip Hop Hope, winner of Best Documentary 2002 H2o Film Festival at The Bronx Museum. The film was also selected by 2002 Tribeca Film Festival, 2002 International Documentary Filmfestival Amsterdam, 2003 Norwegian Documentary Film Festival, 2003 Paris Cinema Film Festival, 2003 Rome Independent Film Festival, 2003 Newport Beach Film Festival, 2003 Atlanta Film Festival, 2003 Denver Pan-African Film Festival, 2004 Reel Music at the Portland Art Museum, and CityScape 03 Arts Festival Rotterdam. Hip Hop Hope has been broadcast internationally on television in The Netherlands, New Zealand, and Spain. Hip Hop Hope was featured at The Bronx Museum of the Art’s First Anniversary Commemoration of 9/11 and The Santa Fe Art Institute’s Tenth Anniversary of 9/11 Commemoration 2011.
